Do you have after hours return?
We do not offer after hours return, vehicles must be returned to us during business hours.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
The minimum age for renting a car is 23.
Can I hire a car on an International drivers licence?
Yes, provided that your licence is legibile and in English, if your licence is not in English you can have it translated by your Consulate.
Can I pay with cash?
We do not accept cash, all payments must be made via card.
What if I need assistance after hours?
We have a 24 hour answering service, emergency contact number, alternatively you can contact roadside assistance.
What happens in the event of an accident?
If you have an accident exchange details with the other driver(s) including name address and contact phone number. If the vehicle can not be driven or someone has been hurt contact the Police on 000. Contact our office as soon as practicable thereafter.
Do I have to return the car to your shop in Richmond?
In most cases the car must be returned to our premises at 50 Swan Street Richmond. In some instances vehicle collection can be arranged if you are a regular customer or have hired a vehicle for an extended period.
Can I pay on return?
No, all rental and extensions must be paid in advance to ensure damage and loss liability coverage.
What is the fuel policy?
Not all of our vehicles come with a full tank of fuel. You retun the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it left in.
