Do you have after hours return?
We do not offer after hours return, vehicles must be returned to us during business hours.
The minimum age for renting a car is 23.
Yes, provided that your licence is legibile and in English, if your licence is not in English you can have it translated by your Consulate.
We do not accept cash, all payments must be made via card.
We have a 24 hour answering service, emergency contact number, alternatively you can contact roadside assistance.

In most cases the car must be returned to our premises at 50 Swan Street Richmond. In some instances vehicle collection can be arranged if you are a regular customer or have hired a vehicle for an extended period.
No, all rental and extensions must be paid in advance to ensure damage and loss liability coverage.
Not all of our vehicles come with a full tank of fuel. You retun the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it left in.
